Köchling-VfU GmbH was founded in Frankfurt/Main in 2012 by Dr. Andreas C. Köchling and the VfU-Unternehmens- und Personalberatung AG, Zurich. To this extent one could think we are a young company – but that is not quite true. Through our predecessor company VfU-Personalberatung GmbH the VfU Group has operated successfully in the German recruitment market already since 1992.

With the experienced HR specialist Dr. Andreas C. Köchling as Managing Director and a highly qualified team of experts the services have now been expanded to include Coaching and Consulting. Key areas of our work are Executive Coaching, Team Development, HR Consulting, Change Management, Executive Search and Assessments.
